If you will arrive late, please contact the hotel in advance.

Yes. Our self-service cloakroom is free before check-in and after check-out. A one-minute walk from JR Nikko Station, it is also handy for sightseeing right after you arrive.

You can cancel a reservation. Cancellation fees and conditions depend on the plan you booked. To change a reservation, please contact where you booked or the hotel.

Final check-in is 23:30. If you expect to arrive later, please call the hotel (0288-53-1000) in advance.

Yes, children up to 2 years old may share a bed.
Please book children aged 3 and over as one guest each.

Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet at the hotel restaurant Plaisir.
Enjoy dishes made with fresh local ingredients from Nikko, including freshly made Beppin-san tofu and our popular French toast.
Hours are 7:00–10:00 (last entry 9:30).

Yes. Dinner is served at Sakura, our Japanese restaurant. Seasonal dishes feature Nikko’s famous yuba and local ingredients.
Hours are 17:30–21:00 (last order 20:15).

Both breakfast and dinner are generally available.
If you visit on the day, we may not be able to seat you depending on reservations and availability. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, day-use bathing is available.
Day visitors can enjoy Eki Spa, our 100% natural hot spring from our own source. With an open-air bath and an indoor bath, it is a good stop during or after sightseeing in Nikko.
Day-use reception is 11:00–15:00 (bathing ends at 16:00). The fee is ¥1,000 for adults and ¥800 for children aged 3 and over.

Yes. Overnight guests can use the natural hot spring Eki Spa free of charge.
Hours are until 24:00 at night, and 6:00–9:30 the next morning. Enjoy the hot spring after sightseeing or before you leave.

Adults ¥1,000, children aged 3 and over ¥800. Bath towels and face towels are available to rent for ¥200 each.

You can use the bath even if you do not have a towel.
At Eki Spa, bath towels and face towels are available to rent for ¥200 each.

The hotel is about a one-minute walk from JR Nikko Station and Tobu-Nikko Station, a convenient base for sightseeing by train.

Yes. The hotel has on-site parking for 30 cars.
Overnight guests can use one space for ¥500 from check-in until check-out the next day.
Day-spa guests receive up to 4 hours free, and restaurant guests up to 2 hours free.
If you use the parking lot, please tell the front desk at check-out or when you leave.
