To qualify for the lowest price, the following conditions must be met.

• Same services and benefits (including meals, amenities, etc.)
• Same booking date and time
• Same stay date
• Same number of guests
• Same room type (same view)
• Same stay period (check-in and check-out times)
• Same payment method
• Same cancellation conditions

*However, the same rate may also be offered on other online booking sites.

Excluded from best-price comparison

The following cases are excluded when we offer the lowest price.

• Products bookable only by phone or not available on the website
• Point rewards or sponsored plans unique to other booking websites
• Rates we cannot match include limited-time sales, campaigns, and member-only plans on other sites.
• Products for corporate contracts, employee benefits, or specific member organizations not offered to the general public
• Products with special payment methods such as online auctions or group buying, or prepaid coupon schemes
• Package products including non-lodging facilities, transport, or meals
