Housekeeping during consecutive stays
We want every stay to be comfortable, and we are working to use water, electricity, detergent, and other resources for housekeeping and linen laundry as carefully as we can.
Housekeeping during your stay
Housekeeping is provided every day so you can stay comfortably. Bed linen (sheets) is changed once every three days.
“No housekeeping / DO NOT CLEAN” card
If you do not need housekeeping, please hang the “No housekeeping / DO NOT CLEAN” card provided in your room on the corridor side of the door by 10:00 a.m.
On days the card is displayed, we will refrain from housekeeping, bed making, changing linen and towels, collecting trash, and replenishing amenities.
Guests who help by declining housekeeping will receive one bottle of mineral water per person.
Our environmental efforts
Adjusting how often we clean rooms and launder linen helps reduce the use of water, energy, and detergent. We will keep service quality at the center while working with our guests to lessen our environmental impact.
